Welcome to the Pioneer Museum of Valley County

 
 

We are located in Glasgow, Montana. Experience the history of Northeastern Montana's Valley County from one of the century's major dinosaur finds, to the country's largest Assiniboine collection, from railroad and agriculture to the creation of the Fort Peck Dam, through Lewis and Clark to the Titanic and Moonwalk.


Museum Hours: 7 days a week Memorial day - Labor day

Open for special tours - call in advance

Museum Admission : $3 Adults, $2 ages 7-21 (6 and under free) One time fee, applicable to entire season.

The museum also has an extensive genealogical archives and Western Reading Room. Plus a gift shop filled with books, bags, blankets, art and many more souvenirs for sale.
